All items include VAT. They do not include shipping costs.
Any material that is defective or different from the one requested by the customer may be returned free of charge. Jani Western runs with the shipping costs and the refund of the amount paid will be made inmediately upon receip of the product. The returned material must be in perfect conditions, without having been opened or used. The return period is 15 calendar days from the receip of the order by the customer.
In case of discounted items, returns are not accepted.
